Since the outbreak of Covid-19, we’ve taken extra measures to protect the safety of our retailers, end consumers, and our team. Our business has completely done a 180º in how we operate, adapting to the new landscape.
We’re working remote
Our headquarters office is now working completely remote, continuing to serve you in corporate management, customer service and sales support from home.
We’re still shipping
Our warehouse is still shipping, but have added extensive care and safety precautions to protect our team, including restricting outside visitors and minimizing on-site staff to a bare minimum. We are also taking additional safety steps by distancing co-workers and sanitizing every hour. We believe in the impact of social distancing. Our priority is making sure every person who is with us stays safe.
Through carefully following guidelines and extra safety measures, we will continue to deliver our brands to your doorstep, and direct to your consumers.
We’re following local guidelines, here and abroad
Whether at our home office in Lynchburg VA, or abroad at our sample facility, we’re following local guidelines to protect our team, and prevent the spread of Covid-19. While that means remote work and video chats for some of us, it means health monitoring and extra sanitation measures for other parts of our operation.
Our international facility is monitoring team movement, and enforcing the use of protective safety masks. Car tires and shoe soles are sanitized, and we’re disinfecting the floors around the clock.
